Flame Beech with Bronze Epoxy Kintsugi

Flamed Beech is so called because it features striking, variegated color streaks and marbled grain patterns caused by natural spalting or mineral absorption and this piece displays rich tones ranging from pale cream and light pink-brown to deeper amber, gold, and dark veining.

All the drrying shakes and voids have been filled with bronze epoxy making a feature of them. It has an English Boxwood lid with a 12tpi handcut thread which ensures a secure closure. It measures 150mm H x 105mm D
